Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of aiagentinfra.com, its pages, feeds, machine-readable files and any content the site delivers (together, “the site”). Reading, browsing, subscribing to the feed or fetching any file constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the Privacy Policy, which forms part of them. Readers who prefer different terms can stop using the site at any time.

2. Who publishes the site

The site is published by AI Agent Infra, an independent research and journalism publication edited by Ryan Elliott Dennis (the “publisher”). Its publisher operates the site through an ordinary hosting account and an ordinary domain registrar account, and remains a distinct entity from every company, protocol, foundation, fund and person documented on the site. 3. What the site offers

The site publishes reference articles and opinion pieces about AI agent infrastructure, written for advanced readers and intended for education, research and journalism. Reference articles carry a “last verified” date; opinion pieces are labeled Opinion and stay undated by design. Figures quoted on the site come from the sources listed with each piece, and the site reports them as of the dates those sources state.

4. Information, judgment and professional advice

Information and analysis are the site’s offering. It describes markets, companies, tokens, securities and technologies for the purpose of understanding them. Every decision to buy, sell, hold, build, adopt or invest belongs to the reader, and readers who want investment, legal, tax or engineering advice for their own circumstances should consult a licensed professional who knows those circumstances. Opinion pieces state the editor’s views and predictions, labeled as such, and the editor’s declared biases appear inside them.

5. Using the content

Readers may read, print, cite and link to the site freely for personal, educational and journalistic use. Quotations of up to 150 words per piece, with attribution to “AI Agent Infra (aiagentinfra.com)” and a link to the source page, are welcome and require zero further permission. Reproduction of a full piece, translation, commercial republication and inclusion in paid products require the publisher’s written permission; requests reach the editor at editor@aiagentinfra.com. Attribution of the site’s analysis to third parties, or of third parties’ views to the site, requires care: cite the original source the site cites when the fact belongs to that source.

6. Machine access

Search engines, assistants and agents may crawl and index the site under the rules in robots.txt, and may read the Markdown twins at /md/ and the index at /llms.txt. Retrieval and quotation by machines follow the same attribution rule as Section 5: cite “AI Agent Infra (aiagentinfra.com)” together with the article’s last-verified date. Automated access that degrades service for other readers, circumvents rate limits or copies the site wholesale for redistribution exceeds this permission.

7. Accuracy and corrections

Every material figure on the site is kept, by the publisher’s working practice, accurate, dated and traceable to a source, with company claims, vendor benchmarks and single-source figures labeled as such. Errors still happen. Readers who spot one can write to editor@aiagentinfra.com; the publisher reviews every report, corrects confirmed errors in place and notes material corrections at the foot of the affected piece. The corrections policy on the About page describes the process in more detail.

8. Third-party sites and sources

Links on the site point to third-party pages, papers, filings and press materials as sources. Those pages belong to their owners, follow their own terms and privacy practices, and may change or disappear after the site’s last-verified date. A link is a citation, and the publisher’s responsibility ends at the boundary of the site.

9. Intellectual property

Text, structure, taxonomy, headlines and design of the site belong to the publisher and are protected by copyright and related rights, subject to the permissions in Section 5. Company names, product names, protocol names and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and appear for identification and commentary. The typefaces used on the site are licensed under the SIL Open Font License; Pantone and the Pantone color names are trademarks of Pantone LLC, referenced here as descriptive color specifications.

10. Availability, warranties and liability

Availability comes as it is: the publisher offers the site as it is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, the publisher disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability and accuracy, and the site may change, pause or end at any time. Likewise, to the fullest extent the law allows, the publisher’s total liability for any claim connected to the site, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), and the publisher bears zero liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or trading losses arising from use of the site. Some jurisdictions restrict these limitations, and in those jurisdictions they apply to the extent permitted.

11. Governing law and disputes

New York law governs: these terms follow the laws of the State of New York, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and each party consents to that venue. Readers who use the site from other countries do so on their own initiative and remain responsible for local compliance.

12. Changes and contact

Revisions are possible: the publisher may revise these terms; the “last updated” line at the top records the current version, and continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of it. Questions about these terms reach the editor at editor@aiagentinfra.com.
